Research from experts confirms that chicken feet are an alternative source of collagen. You might be wondering what collagen is; According to Deanne Robinson, MD, a board-certified dermatologist he said: “Collagen is a protein and is one of the main building blocks of our skin. It’s also found in our bones, tendons, and ligaments”.
As a result of the environmental factors, age, and bad lifestyles such as smoking, and poor diet collagen starts degrading in humans. Majorly, collagen is rich in calcium and protein, without carbohydrates. Some of its health benefits are that it provides healthier and younger-looking skin and It improves blood supply by strengthening the blood vessels among others.
The usual source of collagen is expensive so why pay so much when you can have a cheap or almost free alternative to getting collagen? Use chicken feet instead💁. To enjoy the benefits of collagen in the chicken feet, use it as a sauce for your rice or pepper soup.
